A Sweet & SAVORY Little Bakery in BIGFORK, MONTANA
Lake Baked is located in the heart of Bigfork, Montana – on Mill Street, just off Electric Avenue, overlooking the Swan River.
We bake frosted and caramel cinnamon rolls, huckleberry rolls, quiche, cookies, whole & sliced pie, and a variety of other treats depending on the season and the day. Please join us for a $1 cup of locally brewed coffee, relaxed conversation, and a freshly baked treat.

About Us
Mother & daughter duo Jana & Sadie Lou Felt had always dreamed of opening a bakery of their own. Jana’s baked goods have been delighting friends and family for years, and Sadie discovered her love of baking and cooking in Culinary classes at Bigfork High School. When the property that once housed the beloved Brookie’s Cookies in Bigfork became available, Jana & Sadie knew this was their chance and (with lots of encouragement from Dad, Stephen) went for it!
Lake Baked was born.
The Felts have lived in Bigfork since Stephen moved here with his family in 1964. Jana grew up in Missoula and moved to Whitefish with her daughter, Hadley in 1992.
Levi and Sadie Lou were both born in Maui, Hawaii but all three kids graduated from Bigfork High School like their dad before them.
The Felts love their 4 Cavalier King Charles Spaniel rescue dogs, camping in Glacier, visiting their daughter, son-in-law, and grandsons, and of course, spending time on Flathead Lake looking for Elsie, the Flathead Lake Monster.
Whenever we can, we choose local, sustainable ingredients. Here are some of our local partners who help us create our tasty treats here at Lake Baked!
