Bacon & Cheese Quiche (Egg Pie)

Quiche - it's great for breakfast. We make our quiche in our flakey, all-butter crust. The varieties change with the seasons. Our most popular varieties are our South West Sausage or our Bacon Breakfast quiche. Sometimes we leave the meat out and create a delicious vegetarian breakfast quiche.
